Elena Sisto (Boston, 1952) Pintora contemporánea estadounidense.Estudió en la New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting & Sculpture.En 1977 se licenció en Historia del Arte en la Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design.Se ha dicho de su pintura que recuerda a Piero della Francesca (*) .También se dice que tiene influencias del pintor Balthus.La he escogido para el blog porque ha hecho varias exposiciones sobre mujeres,entre ellas, “Bad Girls" y "Daughters".
